Doufuhua or beancurd pudding is a very very soft version of tofu. In this super hot summer, it would be a great choice to have a bowl of cold Doufuhua. As the Doufuhua was cold, my friend added both syrup and the yellow solid sugar. The texture of it was super soft and light, it cooled me down and gave me a fresh feeling. With the sugar added in, it was sweet and delicious, but I was quite sure that without the sugar, it would still be super tasty! Highly recommended!!
