永乐园是中环出名蛇窦, 位置方便但地库的茶餐厅不易在街道见到熟人, 当然她旳热狗也是相当出名, 作为下午茶茶配一杯热奶茶, 就是没有输的可能. 多年时光之下依然能够保持餐厅的装修, 还有十分脆弱的电话接收能力. 唯一变的就是热狗旳价钱和份量.现在的热狗要三十多元, 但热狗肠的份量越来越少, 少得要揭开热狗包才能找到. 这也改变我对它的的认知, 以为一个正常的热狗, 应该可以肉眼见到肠头和尾. 当然水准还是不错, 热狗吧包表面微微烤干, 保持挺实而做到外面少少脆口, 内里保持软熟的口感. 沙律酱是其灵魂的精髓, 甜酸平衡而不腻, 相当开胃, 有人可以热狗走肠, 但我还是觉得份量太少, 一个连下午茶也吃不饱.Its location is convenient, but it’s not easy to run into acquaintances in the basement tea restaurant. This has altered my perception of it. I believe a normal hot dog should visibly have both the head and tail of the sausage. Nonetheless, the quality is still decent. The surface of the hot dog bun is slightly toasted, providing a firm and slightly crispy texture on the outside, while maintaining a soft and tender interior. The soulful essence lies in the salad dressing, which strikes a perfect balance between sweetness and sourness without being greasy. It’s quite appetizing. Some people may consider the hot dog to be sufficient, but I still find the portion size to be too small. It‘s not even enough to satisfy my afternoon tea craving.
