之前去过其他 Le Fauchon 分店, 已经觉得无乜特别, 都系贪佢 “平”… 上星期谂唔到去边, 所以o黎试湾仔分店. 上到去 waiter 先话得番出面位, 乘机食烟…个环境都 OK, 唔系太逼 / 热…Menu as expected 无乜特别, 都系 $218 for 3-course dinner. APPETIZER: Salmon & Scallop Carpaccio with Rocket salad* 听落好似好吸引….o黎个样完全两回事… Salmon & Scallop 样子combined 成好似煎蛋咁而似片菜咁薄 …未食都睇得出极唔新鲜….食落果然: 10级腥+臭......Waiter 承认系整定, 之后无其他解释….(佢帮我 cancel 左个 dish, by this time I felt a bit full from the bread which was quite good, so didn’t want to order & wait for a new appetizer) MAIN: Crab Meat & Avocad

MAIN: Crab Meat & Avocado with Creamy sauce Linguini
* 味道 OK, cream 好浓, 但食唔出 crab meat
DESSERT: save the worst for last
* Tiramisu (似 mousse 多过蛋糕): 第一啖有种好浓既怪味, 第二啖竟然食出酸味…! The Waiter himself looked shocked when we asked him how they can make sour Tiramisu’s... he took the dish away and came back & said: 我试其他果 D 都无事, 系你哩个咁 arm… WELL...so I cancelled it since was sharing my friend’s Chocolate Fondant 心太软 (OK, but THE BEST can be found @ TST Le Fauchon) by that time we were really full already.
Overall, 唔好食. But if you have same expectations as going to a 茶餐厅, then 可能会觉得好食 bcuz of the better ambiance.
Waiter 都识做, 埋单时自己道歉先 & only 收左我碟 Main dish 既钱,再俾九折.
