在说它的釜饭之前, 先要欣赏其前线同事的有礼和Attentive, 安排座位及食物上桌相当有效率. 另外, 在前门安排大量蒸馏水给外卖员, 炎炎夏日下是对这些员工的鼓励, 物轻情义重, 也是这食肆的良心一面.这店主打釜饭, 特别是鳗鱼釜饭, 所以我也点了它作我的午餐. 一百元的鳗鱼饭定价不是特别进取, 但当然也不算天价. 鳗鱼烤得刚好, 外脆内软, 油香还可以, 略嫌不够厚身, 吃起来少了一种啖啖肉的豪快感, 细骨偏多, 单以鳗鱼而言不算顶级. 蒲烧汁偏甜, 少了些甘香, 但饭身口感实在, 没有因蒲烧汁令其软糯甚至是糊化起来, 算是合格.烧芝士年糕两块要四十多元, 相比起它的鳗鱼饭就偏贵, 味道和口感还算OK. 咬下去外脆内里烟韧, 有拉丝感, 表面也有烤香, 但以份量和定价而言, 不能说是物有所值呢!Guts Soul is a Japanese restaurant focused on Kamameshi that is Japanese styled kettle rice. The sauce is sweet and can be more aromatic. The eel is juicy and fresh enough however it can be more meaty. While the eel rice is value for money, the grilled cheese mochi tasted not bad but really expensive, it costed around $40 for 2 pieces!
