老婆嚷着要吃这家的新加坡叻沙, 所以尽管吃过午饭, 也来到这里吃下一场. 这里汤头的味道很重椰奶香味, 甜香而质感滑溜, 咖喱香味有点被盖过了, 我对椰奶耐受性被牛奶低, 因为肠胃容易不舒服, 所以大部份都由老婆完成. 米粉滑而不糊, 配料有豆腐, 鱼片, 大虾和鸡蛋, 份量足, 处理也洽如其份, 只是没有蛳蚶就少了一些风味. 香港的叻沙除了加东这家, 绝大部份也找不到蛳蚶, 有点可惜. 说到印象最深刻的叻沙, 一定是在马拉怡保吃的正宗亚参叻沙, 没有椰奶, 罗望子的酸劲, 虾膏的咸香, 以及鱼汤汤底本身的鲜味, 又惹味又特别配合.My wife insisted on eating the curry laksa from this restaurant, so despite having had lunch, we came here for another meal. I have a lower tolerance for coconut milk compared to cow's milk, as it tends to upset my stomach, so my wife finished most of it. The rice noodles are smooth and not mushy, and they come with ingredients such as tofu, fish slices, large prawns, and eggs. The portion is generous, and the handling is well done, although it's missing the flavor of cockles, which takes away some of its taste. In Hong Kong, besides this place, it's hard to find laksa with cockles, which is a bit of a pity. Speaking of the most memorable laksa, it must be the authentic Asam Laksa I had in Ipoh, Malaysia. It doesn't have coconut milk, but it has the tanginess of tamarind, the savory aroma of shrimp paste, and the freshness of the fish broth itself. It's delicious and uniquely flavorful.
