佢嘅胡萝卜泥好滑顺,冇谂过除咗薯仔,原来配胡萝卜泥都几好食。和牛烧得啱啱好,而我都几钟意佢嘅牛扒酱,有韩国嘅特色,味道相对上都系比较温和。

餐牌话系济州嘅黑毛猪,食落去嘅时候觉得肥瘦比例几均匀,完全唔会觉得腻,而自制嘅烧烤酱味道亦都啱啱好。每一块五花肉下面有一个块酸白萝卜切片,可以中和到五花肉嘅腻,感觉都唔错。

讲明系自家制嘅珍珠米,老实讲啲米系真系几好食,我最后系当佢好似泡饭咁食,浸住食可以将米嘅香味提升唔少。伴菜嚟讲我最钟意都系白饭鱼干,搭配鳗鱼汤真系锦上添花。

要咗杯蜜糖姜同埋红枣茶,成件事真系超养生,零食方面餐厅就俾咗油菓,韩国传统嘅特色小食。用一杯暖笠笠嘅茶为成个餐作结都几唔错。
