呢个汤系无用龙虾paste,全用新鲜虾煲出嚟!龙虾味非常浓郁😆而且系用咗椰子奶,无加忌廉,饮完都唔会觉得腻😍

樱桃番茄、手工蛋意粉
意粉系店家自家制,烟韧有咬口~挂满甜甜酸酸嘅番茄汁好开胃👍
• 3rd Course:
⭐️Duck Leg Confit Risotto 油封鸭腿意大利饭
呢个每人都有一碟,油封鸭腿同样系由店家自家制作,用咗36小时低温慢煮,烟熏味好浓~鸭腿唔肥腻,但系肉质再嫩滑一点会更出色~意大利饭烟韧creamy,配埋越南春卷皮好有特色!

呢个系好高质!🥰牛里脊肉呈嫩红食,食落肉味香浓,质感软腍而且冇筋😆伴碟嘅嘅薯蓉系加咗椰子奶,无加牛油、忌廉,所以唔会有厚重腻济嘅感觉,颇为出色😍
