吃了这个很像叉烧酥的甜点! 其实它是红酒烩梨千层酥! 超酥脆的皮 不会太甜的烩梨 其实它的甜味不会太重，应该大都是来自梨本来的甜味 和红酒的味道！一旁的雪糕 冰冰的，令酥皮吃起来更滑！这应该是我吃过最好吃的叉烧酥...一定会再来！原来老板是以前九龙香格里拉酒店糕饼总厨！所以甜点的质素这么高！This looks so much like bacon slices haahaa but these pretty little things are actually Red Wine Pear slices - rich in the natural sweetness and the flavour of red wine, i didnt taste much of artificial sugar!
