Very tender you can cut it with a butter knife🍴. Soft on the inside crunchy and roasted on the outside(similar to beef jerky). Baked juicy garlic, crunchy flakes, mustard(spicy) to go with the steak. Steak was marinated with special vegetables then slow cooked for 12 hours to perfect tenderness. Even the tendons are easily severed.

Fluffy soufflé震震下疏乎厘奄列🫨-软熟，但大份多蛋。疏乎厘系好难整嘅。特别日子可以试吓。
Light yet filling because it’s quite big and eggy. soufflé are very hard to make. Definitely worth a try.

Pineapple hat🏖️🍍-菠萝汁新鲜，甜度刚好，非常解渴。有焦糖配搭。好似去咗沙滩渡假。
crunchy caramel on top of pineapple. feels like sitting at a beach of a resort. Not too sweet either. Very thirst quenching and refreshing.
Dirty Cookies and cream- 曲奇奥利奥奶昔，有朱古力硬脆。
Milkshake with Oreo and chocolate fudge on the cup.
总括：来自外国嘅享受。喋喋送都系精粹。同伴话可以喺呢度庆祝特别日子。
Conclusion ：A western experience at its best. With every dish being a specialty. Partner said must come back on a special occasion。
