I am very disappointed with my experience at the Chun Shui Tang branch in Sha Tin New Town Plaza. On the afternoon, while I was in line to check out with another customer, we encountered a situation where another customer cut in line. What was even more shocking was that the staff not only failed to address this issue but also allowed the line-cutter to check out first, telling us to "wait a moment" in a dismissive tone, which made me feel very disrespected.

I had high expectations for the service for the brand, but this experience has made me question their level of commitment to customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive any response to the complaint email I sent on October 26, which shows a disregard for customer feedback from the brand.

I hope that they will take customer feedback seriously, improve their service quality, and provide necessary training for their staff. Otherwise, I will not return to this store and will not recommend it to others.
