为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施,与顾客共同从源头减少厨余,环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划,参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴,以供张贴於店舖内和宣传,供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请,申请费用全免。

传统做法,有鱼肠蒸蛋,上面脆,下面软。店员都很有礼貌,店舖整洁,价值合理,$228/2人餐,2个小菜,2个汤,1份芝麻卷,茶。值得一试。Suggested steam egg with fish intestine, a traditional dish which is not commonly found. The staff are polite and the restaurant is clean. Price is reasonable. $228/ set for 2 people, with soup, 2 main dishes and desert with tea. Recommended.
