— First things first, the presentation is super adorable and everything is nicely plated which makes it perfect for photos.
— Personally thought the sweet treats were better executed, and amongst those, my favourite was definitely the Chocolate Financier which was so decadent and rich without being overly sweet. The financiers were buttery, with a moist texture and slightly crispy exterior. I loved the crunchy chocolate pearls on top for that contrast in texture and extra crunch.
— Just for CNY, they had a seasonal pastry, which was the Mandarin Mousse which was really refreshing and also adorable to look at. It’s filled with a tangy mandarin mousse and citrus compote making it very appetising.
— I also really enjoyed the Mushroom Puff which had a strong mushroom taste to it, and a rare find as most puffs are usually sweet. The Green Olive cake was very unique too, baked with cheese and olive oil, the flavours in this were very rich and savoury. Though I wish the savoury treats could’ve been served warm.
— As always, their scones were so on point and delicious.
— The milk soft serve was a great way to finish, the ice cream was really milky and perfectly sweetened.
