今天珊珊心血来朝说要到西贡,我们要找一个好的地方花朝轩,这间秖开了两个月的酒楼,真的相当雅致,真是可以风花雪月的好地方,我们叫了一个二人餐!首先来了两客炖靓汤,真的火喉十足!前菜是花雕话梅蟹脚,份量十足,用上上等的花雕酒浸上皇帝蟹脚,十分入味,我们都停不了口!瑶柱赛螃蟹,蛋白和瑶柱加上蟹肉的鲜甜,令我们再添白饭一碗!最好味的红烧狮子头,肉丸的香味热辣辣,汁很浓很香,做出水准!黄金蛋炒虾很够火喉,虾涂上咸蛋黄炸得很入味!虫草花翡翠苖够健康,也很清甜!甜品冻杏仁豆腐花清甜解喝,尤其是杏仁又香又浓,这一餐饭,吃出诚意和吃出水准!
