My friend booked the restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised it has a Michelin star when arrived. And, I was looking forward to a nice meal. The food was very good, however, the service was so bad that it ruined our night.
One of the waiters was very bad at services, rude and really should not be in the service industry: taking orders wrong, snatching menus, forgetting pour wine to the person who tasted the wine after pouring for the rest. We had to keep raising our hand a few times for them to notice many glasses are empty.
When we were paying the bill, he realised he took wrong orders, without apologise, became snappy and snatched the bill, took off and said will take the item off the bill. All we wanted is to pay what we ordered.
非常失望的一晚!朋友在这间餐厅订了枱,到步才知是米芝莲一星。初时以为会有一个愉快的晚上。食物还可以,但系服务的确强差人意,不知道为什么可以有米芝莲一星。
坐低后才知道只可以同枱点set Menu。不可以单点。有两个朋友不食肉,一个不食海产类,餐厅都可以改换set Menu中一些菜品,最后觉得朋友一齐食饭唔紧要,所以便继续。
朋友点了红白两支不同餐酒,侍应给我朋友试酒,朋友觉得可以后,他便帮其他客人斟酒,斟完后却忘记了试酒的朋友的杯子,并离开餐桌,需要我们叫唤才回头斟酒。我察觉到他当时已经面黑黑觉得不耐烦。进食期间,我们朋友间多次酒杯冇酒,不知是否当天晚上侍应人手不足,侍应并没有留意,因为餐酒放在离我们餐桌比较远的地方,我们不可以自己服务,最后需要我们多次叫唤,侍应才帮我们加添。
我们进餐期间,两支餐酒分别喝完,我们分开继续添加了红白另外两支。本来问题不大,可是到结帐时朋友看到其中红餐酒加单时,侍应把一支餐酒落了三杯单点?!?!白酒也少了一支。
我们觉得有一点奇怪便跟侍应了解。他说他以为我们是想单点三杯。我们听到也找不着头脑🤔。说话还未讲完,他便从我们手中拿了账单,二话不说很晦气地离开餐桌,说会把三杯餐就取消。
最后黑口黑面的侍应已经不想再回来,由另一位侍应将新嘅账单给我们,餐单只有红白两支酒。这是餐厅坚决收餐酒的费用。我们说,我们只是想根据我们真正点多少餐多少酒来付费,不知道为什么会有这么不愉快的经验。
个人觉得,这一类餐厅,优质服务是必须的。而米芝莲一星的服务是不是应该更加着重?
