▪︎fd子要咗7成熟,我哋话下次要6成熟都得。件扒厚度适中煎得好香尤其喺啲脂肪位有点焦、正。牛肉味其实几浓、唔驶点红酒烧汁都好够味,点下芥末食亦唔错;当中有些少筋,未至于韧咬唔开嘅。伴碟嘅焗薯粒和西兰花沙律比我哋清晒
