入坐时约11:40am, 一心想不太多人的食店吃个early lunch. 入坐时只有另外两枱客。点咗个香茅鸡扒檬($55). 来到啲鸡扒是似染了橙红色般,而且又干又柴,从未食过咁嘅所谓"越式香茅鸡扒". 应该是我在香港吃过多间越式菜,最差的一间。啲鸡肉疑似是变坏了的食材,经过"加工"再拿出来。而且个男侍应(有时也会站在前台带客𠮶位)是不愿回答关于餐牌套餐的问题,只会佢有佢自己"机械式"向你简介,服务态度超级差。呢次真系中伏。不会再光顾。我绝少写食评,但呢次我真的要和大家分享吓我的experience. I ordered the lemongrass grilled chicken vermicelli for $55. When it arrives on the table, the chicken looked orange-red, and tasted very stiff and no meat taste at all. It was just absolutely strange to see&eat. I suspect the meat used was low quality to near spoiled, and they treated the meat with e.g. hydrogen peroxide, to get rid of the spoiled smell, then put through some food colouring sauce. I have never tasted such bad Vietnamese food in Hong Kong, EVER!!

The waiter's attitude needs improvement, as he was not willing to answer my questions about the set meals.

I rarely write restaurant reviews. But this time, I must share my experience with Openrice users. I'll not visit again.
