Kitchen staff did great in preparing the meals, yet the service staff have totally ruined their effort and hard work while I cannot have imagined such low grade customer service still exist when everyone in Asia is working hard for the post pandemic recovery.

Starting from pushing ppl to share tables when there are spaces available, poor management telling stuff get customers just to sit without explaining, totally and utterly incorrect and overcharged billing from B&F of the shared table customers and unknown 100 HKD service charge, rude and challenging verbal and facial expression about their early close time, excessive ligting and loud music to stop customer talking when only near their so called early close time (said 2230 when getting ur bill but suddenly at 2150 already irritate and interupt u)...
if u wish to experience any of the above, stronge recommend u to here.

else to the company, highly recommend this place should u r considering restructuring and redundancy!
