呢间Sukiyaki Mori可以话系香港数一数二嘅寿喜烧专门店，虽然系lunch，但系师傅都会亲自嚟煮，A4近江牛肉由淡味食到浓味，先食西冷，再食牛肩同牛舌，佢唔太同东京人形町今半，主要用寿喜烧汁同糖去煎到焦香，牛舌最好食，爽口浓味，可惜其他牛肉煮得有啲过咗火太熟。One of the most famous sukiyaki restaurants in Hong Kong serving authentic sukiyaki with A4 Ōmi beef.
