黑松露酱&秘制酱汁 came along with the beef set. It was so special that some mustard was placed on the edge of the 秘制酱汁. You could cut the steak into small pieces and cook them to the right degree you want using the cute grill on your table. But we happened to have left the steak on the teppan for quite a while so we didn't need to grill them for too long before eating.

The steak was reasonably tender and they tasted great with the 秘制酱汁 served on the side! We also grilled the 芝士大啡菇 before eating which was so fresh and cheesy! The sliced onions with spring onions on the side were also fresh. The whole plate was seasoned well.

The 咸蛋薯条 were freshly deep-fried! They were the thick-cut chips which I really liked. Eating them on its own was a bit dry but they went great with the 黑松露酱 which came along with the 美式顶级牛里脊套餐 and it was essentially mayo with black truffle flavour. We finished the whole 黑松露酱 in no time. We asked for no salt for the chips and they were not overly salty at all. There was really a salted egg yolk at the bottom of the chips.

香辣忌廉鸡肉炒面 was served really hot! The cream was yellow with some spring onion on it.

Then we stirred it to mix everything together. The noodles were not those super thick type. They were quite smooth and somewhat chewy. It was reasonably spicy and was very appetising. I really liked the sauce which was so tasty. There were quite a number of small chicken pieces with skin which were pretty tender. There were also some sliced green peppers and onions. The cream seemed to have made it smoother but not overly greasy.
Service was very efficient that we finished everything and could leave in less than 30 min even during lunch hours on a weekday. Seating was reasonably decent with sufficient room between our table and others.
Having tried both 香辣忌廉鸡肉炒面 and 咖哩忌廉乌冬 (in our last visit though), I think both were special and tasty and it depended on your own preferences. If you fancy super smooth and al dente udon, you should like 咖哩忌廉乌冬. If you fancy something appetising and spicy, 香辣忌廉鸡肉炒面 should be your cup of tea. Hope it helps
