今天與友人到Second Street Comfort Food & Bar,一試這間在西營盤新開張的餐廳。我們點了Linguini with clams, garlic and parsley和Baked whole sea bass in lemon, garlic and homemade breadcrumbs。先說Linguini,撇除碟中的扁意粉的粗度像天使麵般,它實在太美味了!蛤肉的份量超多,超鮮甜!「扁意粉」吸盡蛤肉的精華,且帶點點蒜味和蒜香,超級好吃!Baked whole sea bass 這種煮法不但保留魚肉的嫩滑,而且能帶出魚的鮮味,值得一讚!
