今天与友人到Second Street Comfort Food & Bar,一试这间在西营盘新开张的餐厅。我们点了Linguini with clams, garlic and parsley和Baked whole sea bass in lemon, garlic and homemade breadcrumbs。先说Linguini,撇除碟中的扁意粉的粗度像天使面般,它实在太美味了!蛤肉的份量超多,超鲜甜!「扁意粉」吸尽蛤肉的精华,且带点点蒜味和蒜香,超级好吃!Baked whole sea bass 这种煮法不但保留鱼肉的嫩滑,而且能带出鱼的鲜味,值得一赞!
