上轮新田喺嚟自新泻县嘅纯米酒，香气带有甘草芭乐嘅咸度同百香果肉感嘅风味，酒体丰干爽搭配随尾韵变化嘅酸度。值得一提嘅系，呢一款就系厨师特意喺家乡带嚟餐厅供客人品尝。
Agewa-shinden is a junmai sake from Niigata Prefecture. It has a fragrance reminiscent of licorice and guava. The sake is very aromatic and has a rich and dry body that pairs well with its evolving acidity in the finish. This particular sake is specially brought to the restaurant by the chef from his hometown for guests to enjoy.

蘑菇天妇罗系一道美味嘅炸菇料理。酥脆嘅面衣炸至金黄色同酥脆口感。以少量盐调味，蘑菇释放出浓郁嘅香气同滋味，而且质感软嫩。加上柠檬汁，带出清新感觉。
