今晚食左湘菜。第一碟嚟嘅系长沙臭豆腐一上菜已经有浓浓既臭味,不过我同朋友都接受到,所以都ok。 食落口,豆腐炸到香脆干身再吸收返酱汁而变得烟靭有咬口;酱汁微辣微咸,味度浓而不腻。清炒时蔬蒜蓉清炒油麦菜,味道适中,有镬气,火喉刚好烧烤食物叫了生蚝、扇贝王、鲍鱼及网红小黄鱼。生蚝同扇贝王配搭蒜蓉烧系绝配。原味烧鲍鱼非常爽口弹牙,加上厨师界花先再烧,鲍鱼唔会过熟变得靭。小黄鱼加了辣粉好惹味,烧至外面金黄小小焦香,入面刚好唔会太干。First Dish: Changsha Stinky TofuAs soon as the dish arrived, a strong odor filled the air. 烧烤食物

First Dish: Changsha Stinky Tofu

Stir-Fried Seasonal Greens

Garlic stir-fried Romaine lettuce had a balanced taste, with a nice wok aroma and just the right amount of heat.

Grilled Food
We ordered oysters, king scallops, abalone, and the popular small yellow croaker. The combination of garlic grilled oysters and king scallops was perfect. The grilled abalone was very tender and springy, and the chef expertly grilled it to avoid overcooking. The small yellow croaker, sprinkled with chili powder, was flavorful, grilled to a golden brown with a slight crisp on the outside while remaining juicy inside.
