Last night, I went to a vegetarian banquet with my friends. I found the restaurant in Wan Chai to be very comfortable and spacious. Each table had enough distance, making it a pleasant dining experience.
We ordered a Christmas vegetarian banquet:
- Jade Roll Platter
- Almond Sauce Sea Urchin Tofu
The sea urchin is actually pumpkin, and it was served hot! 🤭 The bowl was really warm.
- Golden Hydrangea
My friend asked what it was made of, and they said it was made with wonton wrappers. ☺
- Organic Mushroom 🍔
This was very delicately made—so cute and appetizing!
- Herbal Jade Buns
- Maitake Mushroom and Pear Nourishing Soup
This tasted just like the vegetarian soup my mom usually makes. It had a great home feeling.
- Peach Blossom Quinoa Rice
This was incredibly tasty
