熱葷的選擇約有10款，大部分都令人驚喜，海鮮類的甲殼燒、煎大虎蝦，還有蟲早花蒸魚，3款都鮮味十足，至於咖喱魚則較失色，可能咖喱將魚的味掩蓋。至於牛肉同樣做得很好，生熟程度適中，而且牛味十分濃郁，較為失色的菜式只有雞卷，味道十分清淡。
