呢度嘅意粉比较硬身，有al dente嘅口感，唔错😎而墨鱼汁就正正常常，加咗少少蒜令到成个意粉更加香。略嫌鱿鱼嘅口感麻麻哋，有少少过谂，无咩咬口。

《黑松露野菌意大利饭》 $73 😋😋😋
呢个可以话系我近期食过最好食嘅risotto！喺面头仲有几磈薄薄地半溶嘅芝士，而忌廉嘅份量都唔会太多，无令到risotto变腻，再加上黑松露味唔会太重但又好香，令到整体味道好好～好食嘅risotto最最最重要一定系饭嘅硬度，而呢度嘅系硬硬地唔会过谂，食得出有意大利饭独有嘅口感～好满意！🤓

《烟三文鱼牛油果水波蛋》 $75
留意番佢唔系egg benedict，所以唔会有hollandise sauce，所以如果想食light小小，呢个都系唔错嘅选择！水波蛋唔会太生唔会太熟，啱啱好！特别欣赏个包，sour dough酸酸地，再加埋烟三文鱼同埋好滑嘅牛油果好夹～虽然话就话如果想食light少少可以拣呢个，但其实份量都几大，都几饱肚下架～
