I love grilled fish. After going thru the reviews by others, decided to give it a trial. we ordered grilled snapper ($168) n Hamachi head ($128) and a few side dishes. I didn't have a problem with a frozen Hamachi head despite the meat is a bit loose and doesn't have much oil that one would normally expect. To be fair, the portion is bigger than other restaurant. But I am totally disappointed with the red snapper as I can tell it was subzero frozen before. The meat simply fell apart when you opened the skin. Maybe I am expecting too much...
