One’s Cafe is a brand new restaurant that has opened in the Hung Hom area. Following is my impressions and review of the restaurant.First off, the outside of the restaurant and logo looks quite new and modern (obviously), and the location of it is finely built next to a Watson’s store. The interior combines modern wall design (and also some TV screens and fancy decoration) with a flooring that reminds me of old Hong Kong restaurants. The lighting is superb, floors and tables are clean, and seats

After all that we come to the food. There aren’t a lot of varieties of food to choose from, but once again this is a particularly new restaurant. We ordered a steamed fish with black beans ($88) and minced pork with aubergines ($74, also we forgot to take a photo). They both arrived in around 20 minutes. Minced pork was a tad too salty but the fish was absolutely amazing.
