Going to Wai Chai Computer Center, passed by this 鸡蛋仔 shop and the line was long. From my basic instincts, this must be good!!! So I line up and give it a try. The shop using 6 鸡蛋仔 hot plates and two experience workers. The line was moving very quickly but its started to build up again in no time.The 鸡蛋仔 batter is very light with the hot temperature cooking surface and right timing, the end result is a crunchy exterior but soft interior 鸡蛋仔. I would love to try the waffle next time. Highly rec
