oct 26, nov 22 & 26, 13.......共嚟咗3次..........总共食咗 :1) san pellegrino limonata (hk$25)-sparkling lemon-微酸少甜,ok的2) homemade lemon ginger (hk$45)-没有试到3) po's morning (hk$65)-selection of fresh bread/ danish/ sweet butter/ housemade jam-面包就喺由佢旁边嘅po's atelier提供-共有6款咁多-我认识的有baugette,danish,rye bread-homemade嘅jam甜甜哋-钟意块rye bread,很香-整体ok的4) bagel (hk$90)-house cured salmon/ mixed greens/ dill cream cheese-见到人哋叫嘅belt卖相好靓...........点知咁早就sold out........所以拣呢个啦-自家腌嘅3文鱼比较红...........喺fb page见到佢嘅张腌3文鱼嘅相......

-我认识的有baugette,danish,rye bread
-homemade嘅jam甜甜哋
-钟意块rye bread,很香
-整体ok的 4) bagel (hk$90)
-house cured salmon/ mixed greens/ dill cream cheese
-见到人哋叫嘅belt卖相好靓...........点知咁早就sold out........所以拣呢个啦
-自家腌嘅3文鱼比较红...........喺fb page见到佢嘅张腌3文鱼嘅相..........唔知喺用唛咁红
-3文鱼份量都ok多.........油润有光泽........连埋番茄,青瓜同酱食...........味道正路........ok的 5) spiced apple tart (hk$75)
-granny smith/ cinnamon sugar/ vanilla ice cream
-听人讲呢个名物好易无货........所以即刻叫埋
-卖相好靓.......原个切片苹果砌番个形.........藏于pastry内
-pastry无我想像中咁crispy.......玉桂味温和.......唔过甜........幸好苹果肉没有腍晒
-对我嚟讲........我钟意球vanilla雪糕多d~~~ 6) san pellegrino aranciata rossa (hk$25)
-sparkling blood orange
-味道少甜带轻轻好似grapefruit嘅涩味
7) b.e.l.t (hk$95)
-a.o.p/ crispy bacon/ sunny side egg/ honey mustard dressing
-当行紧去cafe时............突然变得超肚饿...........有d手软添
-我1个人拣咗坐bar枱..........谂住1煮好就可以直接送比我食.........我只想快d有得食咋..........i m super starving!!!
-如要1口咬落去食有点难度........因为sunny egg嘅蛋浆会流到周围都喺.........所以先meet个top嚟食.......应酬吓个胃先.......个包很暖热.......外表薄,小crispy..........面包好松软.........内涂上嘅honey mustard dressing都好讨好
-之后唯有duk穿个蛋黄........再1口咬落去..........见有食家写佢嘅烟肉硬挺.........要用点牙力去咬..........初时我都担心烟肉会否好痴缠,要死扯先甩.........好彩..........今次有水准........清脆俐落........1咬就break.......绝无1/2点苟且..........如果唔喺都会食得几lei hea
-d菜相信有捞过醋类dressing........番茄juicy........我再"批荡"番碟上嘅蛋汁上个包同食.........味道好丰富及多层次..........好滋味呀~~~~好帮到1个当时好似饥民嘅我..........XDD
-杯细细嘅yogurt很滑.......酸度,"杰"度刚好..........+入新鲜提子..........都好食
-this 1 is awesome 8) terrine du chocolat noir (hk$85)
-blood orange sorbet/ citrus fruits/ caramel/ pistachio
-因为无得食我本来嘅target - banana bostock (coz sold out..........g!)
-所以点都要叫个甜品食吓先忿气
-个sorbet都几大球吓........酸酸甜甜,有d西柚味嘅影子.........不过中心压得太实.........有成旧碎冰球........所以我唔多enjoy呢球sorbet
-我好快手咁拎开球sorbet........食咗佢先.........免得d sorbet水会浸住块朱古力mousse
-反而个朱古力mousse好唔错...........因为好浓好rich又滑........个density都高
-面撒上开心果碎........很nutty又松脆
-个人觉得用sorbet质地咁薄.........配个咁rich咁dense嘅朱古力唔多合适.........多方面contrast太大.......又擦唔出火花.........或者用番最稳阵嘅雪糕啱d..........or转d meringue碎唔知又会唔会好d~~~~ 9) banana bostock (hk$40)
-a.o.p brioche/ caramel sauce/ almond slice
-呢个就喺我第3次嚟嘅single target........上次我太大意............错失咗banana bostock
-其实对menu上个汤都有兴趣...........但为咗下1场...........还是留肚吧
-bostock呢款pastry喺香港并唔common........暂时只听过呢度有得食........最近去新+坡就食过1次plain的bostock.........没有香蕉
-𠮶日佢哋嘅洗碗碟机坏咗...........所以堂食都只可用外卖盒同木刀叉
-个边位好松脆,少实净 (因为个皮索过syrup,经焗过后变得硬身,很crunchy crust)........入口好暖热..........很有牛油香.........中间面面松.......面头又有杏仁片,caramel sauce.........味道实在又丰富,香气同质感并重
-再咬入些少.........就会食到熟甜嘅香蕉片
-因为木叉始终唔多够力..........很花时间cut thru个边位..........cut得嚟,件bostock都冻晒啰.........于是我索性用手拿起直接食算了........密密咬..........仲好味呀
-这个bostock做得好过新+坡食到的好多好多~~~~~
-好好食..........可惜第1次食到........亦喺最后1次.........因为个menu好似that week就会转..........只好讲相逢恨晚..............唯望佢日后可以强势回归~~~~
题外话/补充资料:
* 我觉得cafe个名取得好贴切..........."deadend"..........当你去过...........你就会体会到好match
* 本来可以唔洗嚟第3次..............但喺2nd visit.........食完个belt之后..........谂住抖到3.3先叫banana bostock..........点知未够3pm就比人叫埋最后𠮶件............𠮶时几咁dump心呀..........白白比banana bostock喺我身边溜走.........所以必须要再嚟~~~
* 呢度无晚巿...........而且popular item好快无............所以有咩心水.........想食就要叫............否则你嘅target wait for no man~~~~
* 呢度无+1.........不过只收cash
