Without a doubt, Lung King Heen is one of the most famous 3-star Michelin restaurants in Hong Kong, conveniently located at the Four Seasons hotel It's also one of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants @theworlds50best My visit was actually almost 2 years ago for an early Father’s Day meal. I booked it over a month in advance for lunch on a Friday. I still remember the lady on the phone told me lunch was the most popular time everyday and usually required reservations several months in advance.
We ordered around 9 items to share
Lobster dumpling, Abalone puff, BBQ pork, BBQ Pork buns, Chili prawns

My Favorites were: BBQ Pork, BBQ Pork Buns and LKH Signature Fried Rice
Their BBQ pork was probably my FAVORITE in Hong Kong . Ritz Carlton's Tin Lung Heen 天龙轩 previously had my vote but their BBQ pork became too dry. The sauce also tasted different when I revisited second time.
Their BBQ pork buns with pineapple bun crust is a must-try.In fact, it’s one of their signature dishes!
The LKH Signature Fried Rice was full of flavors and seafood bits. Very yummy
Pear scallops, Mango dessert, Lung King Heen fried rice, Sea bass

Least Favorite was: Pear Scallop
This dish was recommended by our server when we wanted to add an extra dish. But it was very underwhelming and bland. Couldn't find any scallops.
Lunch for 2 people (without wine) was: HK$2365
Overall, it was a very refined and delicious Cantonese lunch However, it was not cheap. Worth it for a special occasion or on company expense. Would love to come back after my payday!
