The freshness of spring onions shines through and it is really mind-blowing for me, who normally skip this vegetable all the time, to find it yummy and without much pungent smell. The meat stays firm yet tender throughout, with a pleasantly cohesive consistency☺️. The portion is big and fulfilling. The bean sprouts are a delicious side to complement the meat.

仲有好多芽菜食！叫小辣味道唔错，下次可以挑战食酸啲🥳
