The black truffle slices have a fragrant aroma, and the sauce and mushroom flavour are rich. The handmade chitarra pasta is chewy, giving it a similar feel to Cantonese or ramen noodles. Not everyone may like it, but I think it's good.
Fried Chicken & Caviar ($168)
The fried chicken is served with French yellow wine sauce and topped with exquisite caviar. The skin is crispy, the meat is tender and juicy.
Baby Cuttlefish ($178)
The baby cuttlefish is refreshing and sweet, and sprinkling crushed pistachios on top adds a richer texture. The baby cuttlefish is smooth, chewy, and has plenty of sauce.
