My husband and I went there to celebrate Valentine's Day. They only provided ONE dinner set with two dishes for each course. However, you could not choose on any single item except tea or coffee. When we found out that one of the appetitizers included food that we did not eat, we requested to change to the other one. The captain told us that it's all set and therefore could not change. Ridiculously, he even told us that it was do designed to make the dinner "meaningful" for the Valentine's. The

When we found out that one of the appetitizers included food that we did not eat, we requested to change to the other one. The captain told us that it's all set and therefore could not change. Ridiculously, he even told us that it was do designed to make the dinner "meaningful" for the Valentine's. The captain even said that their receptionist had told us the arrangement which in fact, "NO. We were never informed when making the reservation." We thus decided not to order wine and oyster though we normally would do. Waiters put the two dishes of each course on the table for two without even asking who would like to take what! The dinner costed $998 but you could not choose anything even if the food did not fit your appetite. Instead of going to a decent western restraurant, we felt like we were in a Chinese restraurant in China.
Poor service and rigid mindset. Poor business orientation. Poor environment as the tables were so close and there were so many tables. It's only for making money on the festive day without knowing the "meaning " of customer service. No heart at all and unthoughtful. Poor value for money. May go if you'd like to have a new experience of MEANINGFUL Valentine's day.
