Feels very fitting to post our Hawaiian ahi poke bowls, as sweat pours down my face from yet another scorching day in Hong Kong. This place is located in the Heath (basement floor) of Chungking Mansions. Salmon poke with salmon roes, sliced egg and diced cucumbers, mixed with a nutty sesame sauce. Very refreshing combo, I opt for half salad and half pearl brown rice (less rice), and I feel healthy and very fulfilling.

Tuna poke with an abundance of savory seaweed,red onion and crab roes, drizzled with dashi shoyu. This bowl has a stronger umami taste and goes well with your choice of carbs or vegetables.
🍤 Potato Silk Shrimp
No joke, this is surprisingly good. Soft shrimp paste wrapped in julienne potato strings and deep fried to cripsy, served with an appetizing wasabi ranch dressing. Yum yum!
