The spice and depth of flavour is just on point, and I wished it can be even stronger! So freshing! Bulgar rice, eggplant and zucchini cooked in spiced tomato sauce served cold is so attractive and I salivated so much. The gentle kick of spice added kept me munching mouthfuls after another.
在微辣的蕃茄汁中煮过的布格麦、茄子、翠玉瓜混在一起成了一道冷盘,微酸微辣的非常开胃,和朋友分享时可以当一道开胃菜

King mushroom kebab, stirred with tomato sauce with onions, topped with a runny yolk and my favourite cilantro!Served in a hot pan, absolutely perfect for a winter time. Also, sided with eryngii mushroom seasoned with cumin is quite interesting.
洋葱等的蔬菜在番茄汁中煮过后,再配上流动的蛋黄,和一般吃到的中东菜不同,没有带着强烈的香料,但也温顺好吃。

The flaked lamb shawarma has a great depth of flavour with different spices, and I loved how the goat cheese cream and spinach help alleviate the heaviness of the lamb meat.
其中一道我认为最带中东菜色彩的菜式,碎了的羊肉在香料中腌制过,满满的香料香气但不会过火。在旁菠菜和山羊奶芝士中和了羊肉的厚重感。
