My wife & I (serious HK foodies) have been twice to Bibo (this second time we stormed out in first 15 mins).High marks for the art / deco but everything else is awful: inattentive AND untrained staff + half the menu is routinely out of stock.An example of what to expect: amuse buche placed in front of you by a waiter who departs without saying what it is.Don't waste your time-cma
