Saturday Lunch. We were the only diners. Perhaps we were early - 12pm.Good stuff: 1. Environment: french decor. Look at the colors - so stylish, classy. I particularly liked the winding staircase leading up to the restaurant. The Azure Bar is situated in the level below. You had to take this staircase in order to get to the restaurant level. You can see from the photo, that there's a small enclosure right underneath the chandelier - you could book that table. You get privacy and great views. Nic

Good stuff:

very spacious too. high ceiling.
2. Presentation: Again, as you can see from the photos, the chef attempts to imitate the presentation style of...well, it's more delicate than usual. Which I appreciate.
3. Price: objectively speaking, a $200 lunch is not a cheap deal. But then, relatively speaking, if you come here for dinner.....it's gonna cost much much more. So there.
Possible improvements:
1. Service: i think, due to the fact that we were the only diners, the waiters seemed a bit slack, and the food was slow. Service was also kind of slow...or maybe that's French.
2. Food quality: not worth the price I would say. Pretty mediocre. Don't expect too much. Again, you eat in the environment and the nice views of Central, LanKwai, etc. Again...everything LOOKS nice, but doesn't taste as nice.
I would visit a second time, given all the demerits, because of the nice environment, and for the fact that it's only 5 minutes from home. and it's quite a romantic place at night, i can imagine.
