Went to TBG mall to have a look at stalls imitating the past.There were not many old stalls so it was quite disappointing, quite a few were Taiwanese stalls and there was a burger joint.Anyway, the beef offal didn't look attractive because the offal was pale but decided to get it anyway as I was already there.As expected, the offal was not as tasty as the ones I have tried elsewhere because the broth wasn't concentrated.
