早两天跟大家分享了我在Donna Dolce学造白松露的菜式,这星期也来了Bella Vita吃新推出的白松露及海鲜菜式。白松露菜式有四款,鲜嫩露笋伴炒蛋配多士、意式冷切火腿及波蛋配脆多士、薯容忌廉汤配香炒大蚬及鲜制牛油意大利幼面,今天也选了其中两款来吃。前菜之前,侍应先送上面包篮,喜爱吃面包脆条,香脆可口,法包涂上牛油或沾上黑醋吃也不错。头盘选了同样是限定推出的海鲜餐单,LE OSTRICHE,oyster and sea urchin sharing a shell with shallot and scented lemon oil,$288。来自法国的Fine de Claire生蚝,身形瘦长,口感清爽,略带矿物味,配上来自意大利的柠檬油,微酸下感觉更清新。I GAMBERI ROSSI,Italian red shrimp carpaccio with strawberry and black pepper salad,extra virgin olive oil and basil,$328。软腍的红虾肉薄切跟上士多啤梨,加上少许橄榄油,酸酸甜甜,果味较重。Poached
