Review of Dim Sum Buffet Service was not of 5* hotel standard, may be more like a 3* hotel. Staffs were tired and unenthusiastic. Presentation of the food was dull and unexciting, basically just like any chinese restaurant instead of a high end hotel. It has no edge, no style. The variety of dim sum was very disappointing, only ~15 common ones to choose from.Taste was bland. Taste was bland. All the dim sum has strimp in them and not surprising they all taste pretty much the same. 燒賣, 春捲, 腐皮捲 etc etc all made with strimp. If they tried any harder, they would probably put shrimp into 叉燒包!
Please hire someone who can make proper dim dum! I really dont see anybody coming here if not for the name of Whotel.
