为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

buffet dinner : no more uni & toro !

went there mid Aug, seems that the rest. changed buffet menu & found they did not supply toro & uni at buffet dinner. HK$4xx per head, still money for value? that's why i could book a table easily ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
