头盘我们点了餐厅的Today's special，Mussels in Buzara style。青口平时就食得多，但要西式的地道煮法相信就比较难找到。不说不知道，原来 Buzara style 是克罗地亚菜的煮法。青口新鲜及大颗之余，重点都是落于其酱汁当中，我们食得出非常浓郁的橄榄油、大蒜、辣椒、tomato passata等等香味。克罗地亚菜再混上意大利菜的煮法，再配上蒜蓉面包，添上其Buzara style Sauce，浓稠的酱汁会使得蒜蓉包更加入味。
- For appetizers, we ordered the Mussels in Buzara style of Today's special. We usually eat mussels, but I believe it is more difficult to find authentic Western-style cooking. Buzara style is the cooking method of Croatian cuisine. The mussels are fresh and large, but the focus is on the sauce. 最后，我们选了一款犹如Tiramisu 的甜品，叫做Limanisu。Limanisu 是由柠檬酒作为主要的基调，甜品放进口中自动溶化，食落带果甜而又有柠檬酸味。

我们点了两杯 Cocktail。Black Russian是伏特加和甘露咖啡利口酒调制而成的鸡尾酒 ，其Vodka的浓度比起咖啡较高，查看得知伏特加和甘露咖啡利口酒是以5比2的比例调和而成，所以味道会有点儿苦中带甘。

传统的Cocktail，Sex on the Beach 不会令人失望，价钱亦都相对不贵，朋友觉得 Vodka 的比例亦都较高。
