Burger deli has been around for a few years and the key to its survival is consistency in the quality of its food. I have ordered the same burger for several years and it never disappoints. They try their best to add some variety to the menu every so often to keep it fresh. Burgers come with 5oz standard burger and 7oz wagyu. Personally there isn't much noticeable difference between the two to warrant spending the extra HKD30 for the upgrade. 7oz is verging almost too much meat - the 5oz is the right balance.
They have various different toppings but my personal favourite is always the triple cheese - american, swiss and feta cheese. It's beyond moorish and great value if you want a tasty fresh juicy burger.
It's honestly one of my favourite burger joints in Hong Kong and I am spoilt that is a mere door step away for me. Just think of this as a burger joint than a restaurant. It's quality fast food and the eating environment is what you'd expect of Sai Kung. The seating area is actually on the street and so sometimes maybe closed if the hygiene department is in force.
