A friend invited me to grab a burger with him in Sai Kung - I know, right, so far! Anyway, we got there and it's almost a street vendor, very small shop, just 2 or 3 tables outside. Quaint decor and friendly staff eroded any hesitation I may have felt about eating there. Anyway, I got the basic cheese burger and a side of fries...and a cherry coke (woohoo!). The burger was one of the best burgers I've had in HK, maybe the best. Juicy, not over or under cooked, good meaty flavor (read: no Lipton

Juicy, not over or under cooked, good meaty flavor (read: no Lipton onion soup mix taste, I'm American) with just the right amount of seasoning, good cheese, an onion ring, all on a good soft, fresh bun. I was really taken back by how good it was. They also had a larger (by weight) Wagu burger, I'm guessing that one is even better 😜 If you have time to venture out to Sai Kung and want a good burger, I recommend this place.
BTW, the fries were good too!
