Went to the 100 days celebration for my friend’s son in this restaurant, I wasn’t going to take photo of the food, but this dish really made me to do so. The so called花姿蚌 is so hard, that your teeth won’t be able to tear it apart, not to mention to swallow it. The shrimp was ok, I checked with those people in the same table and not even one person that can swallow it. The restaurant should take actions about it.
