【湾仔】Atelier Vivanda - 店内环境几好,柔和光线,好大个open kitchen 俾你睇住厨师煮嘢,见到个法国人系咁较本地厨师煮嘢用纸袋放住面包🥖几特别,不过系冻嘅,法包都算系咁,唔干嘅Signature thinly sliced smoked beef 🐂mature 50 days $198- 我觉得似火腿mix Parma ham嘅感觉,味道几浓,比较咸,after taste几重黑椒味,佐酒一流Black Angus Persille🐂🐂 $248 煎得好好!首先真系煎到medium rare,一口咬落去系几脆下,肉仲系好多汁,真系皮脆肉嫩,但唔系烧肉,而系牛扒,真系难得!简单的胡椒盐调味,加埋好重的chargrilled 味,就食到呢块牛肩肉应有嘅牛味!👍😋😋Iberian Pork rib 🐷🍖$248 都系煎得好好,都系外脆内嫩同重chargrilled 味,呢块猪系medium,所以食落都系有好多肉汁,肉嘅质地好爽又好实在,觉得有dd似平时食米线腩肉个皮嘅质地,唔系肥肉果度!值得食👍😋😋叫咗2个主菜仲送咗兜沙律菜,菜高质新鲜Gratin dauphi
