Whenever I have class at HKU Space, I like to have a look at what Pacific Coffee has to offer. The Chicken Corn Sandwich looked like a healthy pick. There were different seeds on top of the bread which made for an uneven surface. Inside was a mix of egg salad, lettuce and chicken. The only unhealthy part was the fried chicken. Other than that, I found the corn bread a little too chewy – not the best sandwich I have had here.
