我久不久就会去东涌outlet shopping，shopping 前梗系要补充体力，今午选了一间环境靓靓的西餐厅「The Upper Deck」午餐，就在Sheraton酒店旁的湾景荟，在东涌站可搭免费Shuttle Bus就能到达！餐厅环境真系好舒服，有落地大玻璃，开扬有海景👍周末都有午市套餐，包括前菜、主菜及甜品。前菜我们点选了厨师沙律，沙律菜用料新鲜，有不同款式的蔬菜，包括生菜、青椒、洋葱等等，加了沙律香醋带点酸味，开胃醒神😃主菜拣了炸鱼配薯条，厨师烹调的时间掌握得刚刚好，鱼皮煎得很香脆至金黄色，鱼肉能保持嫩滑可口，即系炸鱼能外脆内软，薯条也炸得香脆，软硬适中，水准不错😋今日的甜品意大利芝士蛋糕tiramisu也不会太甜或太腻，吃完甜品非常满足❤️套餐食物的份量相当足够，其实两个人都非常饱（每人主菜都有一件炸鱼），不过我们喜欢饮汤，所以另外单点了一个周打海鲜汤，,内有新鲜的青口和虾肉等，非常美味😋总括来说，这里宁静舒服，食物质素又唔错，服务态度殷勤有礼，是一间不错的海景餐厅🥰最后值得一提的是餐厅的装修几有品味，还有一张桌球枱，客人可以打桌球，不过我们就冇玩啰☺️Every now

Every now and then, I go to the outlet mall in Tung Chung for shopping. Of course, before shopping, I need to fuel up. Today, I chose a beautiful Western restaurant called "The Upper Deck" for lunch. It is located next to the Sheraton Hotel in Bayview Suites, and you can take a free shuttle bus from Tung Chung Station to get there! The restaurant has a really comfortable atmosphere, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open sea view 👍
They have a set lunch menu on weekends, which includes appetizers, main courses, and desserts. For the appetizer, we chose the chef's salad, which had fresh ingredients and different types of vegetables, including lettuce, green peppers, onions, and more. The salad dressing was slightly acidic and very refreshing 😃
For the main course, we chose the fish and chips. The chef cooked it just right, with the fish skin fried to a crispy golden brown, while the fish itself remained tender and juicy. The fries were also crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and overall, it was of good quality 😋
Today's dessert was an Italian cheesecake tiramisu, which was not too sweet or heavy, and we were very satisfied after eating it ❤️
The portions of the set meal were quite generous, and in fact, two people were very full (each person had one piece of fried fish for the main course). However, we like soup, so we ordered a seafood chowder separately, which was delicious with fresh mussels and shrimp inside 😋
Overall, the restaurant has a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, and the food quality is also good. The service attitude is attentive and courteous, making it a nice seaside restaurant 🥰
Finally, it's worth mentioning that the restaurant's interior design is tasteful, and they even have a table tennis table for guests to play. However, we didn't play this time ☺️
