The xiao long bao was filled with flavourful soup and tender minced pork, which were pretty juicy. When you dip them in black vinegar, it definitely enhanced the taste by adding a hint of sourness to it.
Purple Yam Puff Swan $58
Three lovely swans nestling in the nest. These swans were filled with purple yam paste with layers of fried pastry skin, which were puffy and buttery.
Steamed Okra with Minced Pork and Diced Olive $58
The okra steamed with minced pork and diced Chinese olive was a good harmony with the saltiness of the olive complementing the freshness of the okra very well!

The springy texture of the Tofu skin made it taste like noodles that were lightly salted and seasoned.

The beef tenderloin cubes was coated with a sweet, mildly peppery sauce. I especially enjoyed the deep fried potato cubes, because they were crunchy and absorbed the flavours of the sauce very well
Deep Fried Shrimp with Yuzu Honey Sauce $88
The peach-coloured shrimps were bouncy and meaty. Each bite of the shrimp had an explosive burst of flavour when complemented by the yuzu honey sauce!
Golden Rice in Broth $68
The soup was flavourful with assorted veggies in it. The deep fried golden rice ball was crispy on the outside, which provided the light textured crunch every spoonful.
Yellow and Purple Yam Cake $68
These chess pieces were beautifully presented on the board. They were actually yellow and purple yam cake, and I appreciated that they were soft and sweet, yet not too overpoweringly so.
